Diet.
The type of food that a person, animal or community habitually eats. Did you know that our body uses 85% of its energy when it is digesting cooked food? Have you experienced a ‘food coma’? There’s a reason the body is shut down. The majority of its energy is used digesting. I won’t get into the virtues of raw food now, but if yo have an interest, look it up. OK, what am I getting at? What we include in our diet is a part of our personal brand signature. Food affects us. The positive and/or negative effects are very influential on our personal brand signature.
While developing your personal brand signature, not only take a long look inside of yourself, also look at what you put inside yourself. It’s the perfect time to assess if your diet is working for you or against you. By eating what you eat, are you being true to who you really are? Do you have children to be a role model for? Do you ethically agree with your food choices? These are all good questions to ask. When you’re finished, you may choose to make some changes or you might just be more informed on your choices. The evaluation is what’s most important.
